One genuine experience, one review
Members may leave one review per development. Former-tenant references are invited separately and can only receive a Paw Keys verification label after the supporting evidence has been checked. Duplicate, coordinated, abusive or fabricated submissions can be held or removed.
No paid, rewarded or concealed incentivised reviews
Paw Keys does not permit a business, landlord, agent or other person to pay, reward, discount, pressure or otherwise incentivise somebody to submit, change or remove a Paw Keys review or reference. Do not offer or accept a benefit in exchange for a review. If Paw Keys becomes aware that a submission was incentivised or its origin was materially misrepresented, it can be held, labelled where appropriate, or removed.
Businesses can respond — not rewrite history
Claimed development operators may post a public response. They cannot edit a resident’s rating or buy removal of a legitimate negative review. Landlords cannot edit a former tenant’s submitted reference.
How Paw Keys protects review integrity
Paw Keys uses reasonable and proportionate controls based on the risk and type of review, including account and submission checks, duplicate/co-ordination signals, evidence checks for verification labels, user reports and human moderation. Review-integrity risks are assessed periodically and when the review product changes materially.
Moderation
Reviews may be held for safety, privacy, spam, duplication, authenticity, relevance or legal checks. A commercial relationship with Paw Keys is never a moderation criterion.
Be useful, not identifying
Describe your experience without publishing another person’s private contact details, access codes, sensitive personal information or allegations unrelated to the rental experience.
Challenge or report
If a review contains private information, appears fabricated or breaches these rules, use the Paw Keys report tools or contact customercare@pawkeys.co.uk. A disagreement with a rating alone is not a reason for automatic removal.
Paw Keys reviews these policies when the service or applicable rules change.
